Popular Nollywood actress, Sola Sobowale has bagged a honorary doctorate degree as a Doctor of Philosophy from Estam University in Cotonou, Benin Republic.
The 56-year-old actress revealed this through an Instagram post where she welcomed herself to a new dispensation, and confirmed that she is a Doctor now.
“Welcome to a new dispensation – Sola Sobowale is now a Doctor.
“Big thanks to Estam University for this honour #DoctorOfPhilosophyInArts”
The post showed some executives of the school robing the actress with their gown as well as posing for a photograph with a plaque presented to her.
Since the time of the post, her page has been buzzing with congratulatory messages, the post gathering more than fifty thousand likes along with more than two thousand comments.
