Ellu P, Abia is free – Funnybone, Christabel Egbenya, others react to LP Alex Otti’s win as governor-elect

Celebrities in the entertainment industry have reacted to the news of Labour Party’s Alex Otti emerging winner of Abia gubernatorial election that was held on March 18, bringing to an end PDP’s 24-year long leadership of the state.

Otti who emerged winner polled 175467 to defeat his main challenger, Okey Ahiwe of the People’s Democratic Party, who polled 88,529. He’s Labour Party’s first governor-elect in the 2023 elections and the second ever in Nigeria—(Olusegun Mimiko of Ondo state is the first LP governor).

Reacting to the news of his win, actresses like Christabel Egbenya, Ijeoma Thomas, comedian Funnybone amongst others expressed their joy. See below:

Alex Otti is a Nigerian economist, banker, investor, philanthropist and politician. He’s the former Group Managing Director of Diamond Bank Pl, a retail financial institution in Nigeria.
