Globally recognized Nigerian actress, Genevieve Nnaji, has addressed Nigerians as the country celebrates her 61st Independence Day today, Friday, October 1, 2021.
The veteran thespian advised her followers and fans to be the reason foreigners speak well about Nigeria. Prior to this, she opined that being a Nigerian isn’t an effortless task and that it takes heart to be one.
Genevieve directed her Independence day message to all Nigerians, because they are the reason Nigeria exists.
In her words; “It takes heart to be Nigerian. Nigeria is not you. You are Nigeria.”
