It’s okay to take a break – BBNaija’s Kiddwaya writes open letter to his colleagues

Big brother Naija star, Kiddwaya has taken to social media to advise his colleagues on how to survive in the industry. The reality TV star took to his verified twitter account to write an open letter, warning his colleagues that their industry is a toxic one and it’s okay to take a break once in a while so as not to get caught up in the toxicity.

He tweeted:

“Dear colleagues
This industry is very toxic. But what’s more toxic is YOU getting caught up in the toxicity. It’s ok to take a break. It’s ok not go to the club. It’s ok to not be seen. In the name of your mental health. work on yourself physically, mentally and spiritually.”
