Some Economic and Financial Crimes Commission agents have reported that they are observing the ongoing governorship election in Osun.
While voting was taking place, about six agency agents arrived at Saint Peters Primary School Ward 1, Unit 1, Iragbiji, Osun state.
When reporters approached an operative upon arrival, the operative directed him to the team leader, who merely stated, “We are here to observe and monitor happenings. No arrest yet.”
The said official, a woman however declined to mention her name and refused to comment further despite repeated efforts to get further clarification from her.
Also at Ward 1 Unit 2, Popo, Iragbiji, where Governor Adegboyega Oyetola voted, officials of EFCC were also sighted.
