As of 8:48 a.m., voter accreditation had not begun in some polling units in Yenagoa LGA, Bayelsa State.

Polling places 1 and 2 in Atissa Ward 4 and Fakulu Primary School in Epie Ward 3 are a few of them.

As of 8:33 a.m., newsmen observed that sensitive materials were still being distributed from the RAC Atissa 1, Ward 1 to the area’s polling units.

Furthermore, officials from the Independent National Electoral Commission and electoral materials had yet to arrive at some polling stations, while a few voters and observers were seen waiting amid tight police security.
