A 12-year-old girl identified as Kehinde was mutilated by her uncle at Oguwanja axis of Sapele, Delta State. According to reports, the uncle flogged her, poured hot water on her back and used razor to cut her.
The police reportedly apprehended the said uncle’s wife yesterday while the injured child was taken to a hospital for medical treatment.
