Kim Kardashian is being sued for allegedly stealing a marketing company’s logo for her new Vibes perfume bottle.

The entrepreneur and her lawyers are reportedly working on a settlement for the lawsuit after Vibes Media hit her with the suit.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Vibes Media have been in contact with Kim’s Lawyers, and have exchanged ‘initial settlement positions’ and are continuing ongoing discussions ‘in an attempt to resolve this matter amicably’.

The publication also revealed that the plaintiff is requesting the hearing, which is currently scheduled for later this month, to be pushed back to September.

And while it was revealed last month that Kim was cashing in one million dollars a minute for her new fragrance line, she was reportedly not at all bothered by the case.

She believed Vibes Media, who are seeking an unspecified amount in damages, as well as an injunction to keep Kim away from selling the product, were just looking for ‘media attention’ from the lawsuit.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star and her team believed the accusation against them was a ‘joke’, as the logo and the fragrance bottle ‘could not be more different’.

Vibes Media – who trademarked their logo in 2012, filed the lawsuit in July, after alleging that Kim ‘has been marketing, promoting, and is now selling a Vibes perfume.’

The Vibes perfume comes in a black bottle with a similar speech bubble design.

Kim has spent the past few months enthusiastically taking to her social media accounts to promote her new line which consists of three scents – Kimoji Vibes, Kimoji Cherry, and Kimoji Peach.

However, while the Cherry and Peach bottles are shaped like the actual fruit – the Vibes bottle boasts a black background complete with an iridescent font.

In comparison, Vibes Media sports a similar logo in a speech bubble design – prompting the to reportedly file court documents claiming KKW Beauty stole their logo which they trademarked in 2012.

They also raised with the fact that Kim was using the power of social media to plug the perfume bottle on social media.

According to TMZ, the July 17 launch saw Kim earn a whopping $5 million in the first five minutes.

And with advertising costing $0 as it was purely on her social media, the change went straight into her bank account.

According to the publication, the total amount of bottles was increased to meet demands as each one retailed at $45 a pop.

Other than promoting the release herself, she also sent candy grams to her celebrity pals including Drew Barrymore and sisters who all posted the gifts on their Instagram accounts and other apps.

And it wasn’t the first time Kim made an insane amount of money within minutes of a launch – her KKW Beauty contour sticks that were released in June 2017, sold out and within the first three hours and made her $14 million.
