It was earlier reported that Nollywood actress, Oge Okoye was spotted in the church of controversial pastor, Alph Lukau, seeking his spiritual assistance.

In the now viral video, the actress is seen in tears as the pastor makes some ‘revelations’ to her (watch here)

As expected, the video immediately went viral across the Nigerian social media platforms. While many people were surprised to see the celebrity at the church of the man known for the resurrection miracle scandal, many people were amused by what they described as ‘mere theatrics.’

Despite the trolling and social media embarrassment, the actress appears to be unbothered and from her latest post on Instagram, she is standing proud of what she described as her love for God.

Meanwhile, Pastor Lukau is still trending in South Africa and not for anything good. The family of a deceased man identified as Zakhele has come forward, claiming that he died because he believed Pastor Alph Lukau had healed him of HIV.

Nomthandazo Ndaba said her brother, Zakhele, stopped taking his HIV medicine after Pastor Alph Lukau laid his hands on him.

The Daily Sun reported Zakhele lived a healthy life with the virus for four years before he stopped taking his ARVs. The 40-year-old Daveyton resident said her brother attended Lukau’s church since 2016, describing him as a ‘staunch follower of the church.’
