The Peoples Democratic Movement (PDM) has applied to withdraw its petition challenging the outcome of the last presidential election won by President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The PDM’s lawyer, Aliyu Lemu told the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC)that his client has instructed him to apply to withdraw the petition.
He is moving the application now.
