It seems the police and other security agencies are into the season of bribery as several videos of bribery and usual acts emerge freely on social media.
Days after videos of a vehicle information officer collecting bribes and police officers went viral, another video of a bribe-taking policeman lying to his colleagues over certain amount of bribe he collected from a motorist has gone viral.
Inside the four-minute video, the yet-to-be identified police officer is seen making calls to one of his colleagues lying over a certain amount of bribe after which he started arguing with the motorist in Pidgin English.
The bribe-taking police officer could be seen inside the video demanding for the sum of N20,000 from the motorist who was appealing to the police officer to reduce the amount as he held out a wad of 1,000 notes.
The date and location of the incident were not available as at the time of reportage and both parties could not be identified yet.

In other news, barely 24 hours after video of a fight between police officers and Vehicle Inspection Officers over vehicle inspection right had gone viral, another video of a vehicle information officer collecting bribes in Jos emerges.
The incident occured at British road, Jos, the capital of Plateau state.
