American rapper, Soulja Boy has been sued over an alleged kidnap and assault by the lady he described as his bitter ex-girlfriend, named Kayla Myers.

Kayla claims the rapper of bashing her head “with a large gun” and telling her she was going to die after she got into a heated argument with one of Soulja’s female assistants after a party at his Malibu home on February 1, 2019.

The lady who alleged that she was knocked to the ground when she attempted to leave around 2a.m, said Soulja Boy who came to the scene of the altercation kicked her in the stomach, bashed her in the head “with a large gun”, told her she was going to die as he held the gun to her head, before telling his assistant to drag her to the garage, tie her up with duct tape and give her a shower.

Kayla said a male assistant who came over said he’d release her if she performed oral sex on him, and because she felt pressured and feared for her safety she did it.

When she was released and was about leaving, the lady recalled the rapper allegedly saying;

“Now get this bitch out of here before I knock her down the stairs.”

The lady who claimed she suffered three fractured ribs and bruises on her face, reported Soulja Boy and the assistant to police last year, which led to the discovery of a gun at the rapper’s home after a raid was carried out.

Discovery of the gun led to Soulja Boy’s imprisonment at L.A. County jail, as he was accused of violating his parole.

TMZ reported that Kayla is not only suing the rapper for assault, battery and false imprisonment, she is also going after the male assistant for sexual battery.
