According to reports reaching Within Nigeria, popular creative director of popular brand, “April by Kunbi”, Olakunbi Oyelese’s marriage to Lanre Tomori, has allegedly crashed.
According to our source, the union hit the rocks months ago.
Within Nigeria recalls that The creative young lady and Lanre, held a wedding introduction at her family house in Oyo state, on the 26th of June, 2016.
The ex couple first met in 2011. Kunbi was doing a fitting for a client, Idunnu (jewelry maker MisayoHouse), who also happens to be Lanre’s brother’s wife, and she thought her brother-in-law would be perfect for Kunbi, so she introduced them.
The connection was instant, and they had a true friendship. Fast forward to 2016, Lanre swept her off her feet with a proposal, and walked down the aisle with her.
But things have allegedly fallen apart, and the center can no longer hold as both parties have quietly gone their separate ways.
