Fast rising Nollywood Yoruba actress, Yetunde Bakare has revealed why she converted from Islam to Christianity. The mother of one disclosed on her Instagram page that she was born a Muslim but decided to convert to a Christian for reasons best known to her.
According to Yetunde, she believes religion doesn’t matter but connection with God is what matters. She however used the opportunity to confess her love for her islam brothers and sisters,
Sharing an adorable picture of her self dressed like a Muslim, the dark-skinned beauty wrote;
“I was born and brought up as a Muslim and my sunnah name is MODINAT but I’m now a Christian for reasons best known to me… All the same I love my brothers/sisters in Islam at the end of the day Religion isn’t all that matters, your connection with God matters most JUMM’AT MUBARAK my people.. Nobody got the answers but I’ll still give out the money !”
