Big Brother Naija reality TV stars, Nengi Rebecca Hampson and Mercy Eke were once best of friends, but things have fallen apart and the center can no longer hold.
Their friendship saw Nengi massively support Mercy Eke in 2019, when she was a housemate in the popular reality show.
Mercy Eke eventually won the season after her only competition, Tacha was disqualified after a fight with her.
However, Mercy instead of returning the favour, ignored Nengi while she was a housemate in the just concluded 2020 lockdown edition of the show. Instead she supported another housemate, Erica, who was later disgraced (disqualified) from the show after wishing fellow housemate, Laycon, death and calling him all sorts of names.
After Erica’s disqualification, Mercy went on her Instagram live to weep bitterly like a hungry child who just lost it’s mother and father.
Nengi who finished in 3rd place and her “used-to-be” friend, Mercy Eke are no longer friends.
Mercy Eke even took to Instagram to unfollow Nengi, an action Nengi reciprocated without looking back;
However, Nengi is now reportedly friends with Mercy’s arch rival, Tacha and a check through her page shows she’s now following her;
