VIDEO: Security Operatives Allegedly ‘Abduct’ Activist, Adene in Lagos Residence

Some security operatives reportedly stormed the house of an activist on Saturday, November 7, in Ikeja area of Lagos and “abducted” him.

According to the convener of RevolutionNow and founder of SaharaRepoters, Omoyele Sowore, who shared the news on social media, Sowore disclosed that the “abducted” activist identified as Eromosele Adene was taken from his (Adene’s) Ikeja residence to the office of the Lagos state Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu where he has been held for unknown reasons.

Sowore disclosed that Adene remains incommunicado and has been denied access to lawyers and concerned family members.

Sharing the post with a video showing the moment Adene was carted away by the security operatives, Sowore wrote,

Meanwhile, a magistrate court has reportedly ordered the remand of five persons who participated in the #ENDSARS protest in front of the National Assembly in Abuja on Friday, November 6, at a correctional center.
