Nigerian singer, Joeboy has joined the family of a smartphone brand, Samsung Nigeria.
Born Joseph Akinwale Akinfenwa, Joeboy took to his social media page to share the good news with fan. The ‘Call’ crooner while announcing the endorsement deal, shared a photo of himself with one of the brand’s mobile phones.
“It’s #Celebration time! Excited to have joined @samsungmobile @samsung_nigeria family. Action time! Setup with me #GalaxyAseries #JoeboyPonDeck” he wrote.

The singer joins the list of other celebrities in the likes of Sasha, Banky W, and DJ Cuppy who have been signed by the tech giant.
In other news, a gospel musician, Biodun Badejo, popularly known as Jovani, has been slammed with a rape accusation by his female friend. The unidentified lady, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said she was not in a relationship with him though.
