The Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria, PMAN has sent a letter to the Nigerian High Commission demanding proper investigation into Nigerian rapper, Ruggedman ‘s assault by masked men in a restaurant in London.

The letter signed by the association president, Pretty Okafor, partly reads in part, ‘the case is currently with the Metropolitan police in London with reference number 3019340/19. The attack video was shared by Ruggedman himself via his Instagram page, stating it took place at the 808 restaurants. He wrote;

Being attacked by 4 misguided boys will not deter me from fighting for the youths, even though they blindly fight me. #shoutout #londonmetpolic @london_police_department for
prompt action. The restaurant owner was just asking if everyone had paid

Rapper Ruggedman’s assault was immediately linked to the Marlians as the incident happened on the same day as Naira Marley’s release from prison. Recall that the rapper had faced serious backlash as many speculated he was the reason the EFCC picked up the young artiste in the first place.
