Top Nigerian movie stars, Rachel Oniga, Funke Akindele, Ini Edo are some of the notable faces starring in film producer Mo Abudu’s ‘Chief Daddy 2’.

Revered actress Funke Akindele confirmed this through her Instagram page on Monday, May 10, 2021, days after Mo Abudu hinted about the sequel of ‘Chief Daddy’.

“Good Morning my darling Fans!!! Been working on the set of #chiefdaddy2 with wonderful people. Can’t wait for you all to see the crazy Beecroft family in action. 😂😂,” Funke Akindele shared alongside a photo with the cast.

CEO of EbonyLife, Mo Abudu, said that the movie would be exclusive to Netflix days ago. She wrote, “Good morning beautiful people… No doubt you are all wondering what could be cooking in Chief Daddy 2… I say no more… Chief Daddy 2, Exclusive to Netflix”.

The movie tells the story of billionaire industrialist Chief Beecroft, a flamboyant benefactor to a large extended family of relatives, household staff and assorted mistresses. Chief lives large, like there’s no tomorrow, until the day he dies suddenly and the ‘bullion van’ stops.
