Nigerian movie maker Yomi Fabiyi has branded social media bullies who create fake accounts to insult and criticise people as witches and wizards.
In a new post on Instagram, the actor advised his followers to be the best they can be online and offline while explaining that social media is to connect people.
Yomi Fabiyi stated that dropping hate comments and accusing others falsely with fake names are attributes of witchcraft, because witches and wizards also use fake identities to strike their targets.
The actor said; “Be the best you can online and offline.”
“Simple and friendly message for e-witchcrafts and wizard. Opening fake account to monitor and invariably hurt or spread lies is witchcraft, evil, demonic and criminal. If you can’t use a genuine account, then not worth it with any other means.”
He further advised his fans to desist from the wicked act and be peaceful. “Maintain PEACE and TRUTH online and offline. Don’t write or testify wrongly online or offline, especially with fake identity,” he said.
