BBNaija’s Michael laments over his current mental and physical health

Ex-Big Brother Naija season 6 housemate, Michael Ngene has cried out about his current mental and physical health

Michael declared that he will be taking a much-needed break because he is mentally and physically exhausted.

Although he did not give further details, the artist on his Instastory, stated that he hasn’t been 100% for a while, yet he kept pushing his mind and body.

“Haven’t been 100% for a while now but I kept pushing my mind and body. Currently mentally and physically exhausted. Taking a much-needed break, thanks for your understanding,” he wrote.

He is one of the male Big Brother Naija 2021 housemates who despite his short stay on the show, made a huge impact in the minds of his fellow housemate and the fans of the show.

However Michael isn’t the only reality TV star from his class of the reality TV show, who has been overwhelmed by the pressure of becoming an instant celebrity.

It would be recalled that about a week ago, Sammie lamented about one of the attributes of being a celebrity.

“Very very overwhelming! A lot of DOS and DON’TS It’s just bittersweet out here’ The absolutely annoying part is I can’t repeat my clothes! Anyways I need to throw the poverty mentality away and embrace a new mindset! That’s what they said!” he tweeted.
