Nigerian disc jockey Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola, profoundly called DJ Cuppy, has disclosed she works so hard to prevent her dad or any man from controlling her.
The 28-year-old entertainer and philanthropist made this known in a recent chat on the Zeze Millz Show, where she discussed a lot of misconceptions about her personality and how it has been difficult for her to find love.
DJ Cuppy, the daughter of billionaire Femi Otedola, revealed she has dated different men through dating applications; however, she now prefers a man who has a 9 AM to 5 PM job with no social media presence.
Recounting her experience with men, she said, “I’ve dated a bus driver, I’ve gone on a date with bus driver and there’s nothing wrong with that, I’ve gone on a date with this annoying guy that stays with his mom, I’ve gone on a date with model, I’ve been on a date with footballer”.
“I don’t need a man for money, so I can’t be shallow. I’ve been with guys that have taken advantage of me 100%, I’ve been with guys that have definitely been there for the ride.”
DJ Cuppy later opened up that she is gradually learning how to be less in control in a relationship while she continues searching for a man who is really caring, funny, and serve as an escape for her crazy world.
