BBNaija Maria throws a subtle shade at Pere during the making of their DSTV advert [VIDEO]

A video of Big Brother Naija Star, Maria Chike Benjamin, teasing and mocking former co-housemate, Pere Egbi during the making of their popular DSTV advert, has surfaced online.

We recall that recently, The former lovebirds joined the DSTV family as their latest brand influencers.

DSTV Nigeria took to their official Instagram page to announce their new partnership with the former ship, PeRia (Pere and Maria), while telling fans to anticipate a collaboration between the former love interests.

Hours after the announcement, the Sub-Saharan African direct broadcast satellite service, DSTV, released an advertisement video for their festive season premium package which featured the lovebirds.

The stars also took to their various Instagram pages to share the video with their fans.

In the video, Pere was trying to ignite an old flame, Maria, and sought the help of his friend.

Few hours ago, a new video showing the making of the DSTV advert has set the internet buzzing.

Maria was heard asking the crew to hasten up to the part of the advert where Pere would fall.

The Reality star also jokingly questioned the title ‘General’ given to Pere by his fans after he supposedly struggled with the physical roles in the advert.

Reacting, Pere smiled at her hilarious banters while focusing on his roles.
