Eniola Badmus, a friend and colleague of Toyin Abraham celebrated her 20 years on stage event yesterday in Lagos. The epic occasion was attended by Davido, KWAM 1, Iyabo Ojo and others.

We gathered that as a result of the timing of the event, Toyin Abraham wanted to leave early, but her husband urged her to stay. He advised her not to leave the people that were her friends before they got married.

This touched the heart of Toyin as she took to her instagram page to pour encomiums on her darling husband.

Recounting the story, the ‘Ghost and Tout Too’ actress wrote:

“At the Eniola’s party, it was fun but timing became late. I informed my husband @kolawoleajeyemi that it was time to go home. He said NO. Don’t leave the people that were your friends even before we got married. You should not become their enemy because you are now married. That sentence touched me. I became emotional but importantly grateful that God gave me this man full of wisdom.
Please help me say thank you to my husband @kolawoleajeyemi”.
