Rita Dominic, Kate Henshaw, Waje others mourn actor Karibi Fubara

Nollywood actor, Kabiri Fubara is dead

Nigerian celebrities like Richard Moje Damijo, Rita Dominic, Kate Henshaw, Funke Akindele, Uche Jombo, Omoni Oboli, Mo Abudu, Shan George, Juliet Ibrahim and others have stormed social media to mourn their colleague Karibi Fubara.

The actor’s death was announced by his sister Stella Fubara on social media on Wednesday, December 15.

“He was a warrior….now he’s an angel in heaven. Rest my darling brother Karibi. We will only remember the good times,” she wrote.

Reacting in the comment section, the celebrities expressed grief over the loss.

“Hmmmmmm what a loss! Just when I thought… it is well with you,” RMD wrote.

“Rest with angels dear Karibi,” Rita Dominic wrote.

Kate Henshaw wrote: “Rest on Karibi.”

“So sorry for ur loss, pls accept my condolences,” Shan George wrote.

Funke Akindele wrote: “May his soul rest in peace.”

“My darling twinnie, he fought a good fight. Such a lovely soul. May the Lord be your strength at this time. RIP Karibi,” Mo Abudu wrote.

“I’m just here praying for strength for you and Yolo. Bro, Glad I and the kids could make you laugh the last time you were here. Sleep well Karibi. Sleep well,” Ufuoma McDermott wrote.

“Rest well champ. You fought. Now you rest. My thoughts and prayers are weigh you sis. Love you loads,” Omoni Oboli wrote,

“So sorry for your loss sisters @yolandaokereke @kalanne_fubara God grant you strength in this tough time,” Juliet Ibrahim wrote.

“Oh Aunty and @yolandaokereke I am so sorry. He made his mark. He blessed us with his gifts and talents. It was such a pleasure to encounter him. Heaven is lucky!” Debola Williams wrote.

“Rest well bro, @yolandaokereke sis, its wellAunty @kalanne_fubara God is always in control,” Waje wrote.
