BBNaija’s Pere makes u-turn, edits his top 8 shine Ya Eye housemates list to favour Maria

Following reactions that trailed his top 8 shine ya eye housemates list, Pere Egbi has now made a u-turn, editing his list to favour his love interest, Maria.

Recall during a question and answer session with fans, Pere took everyone by surprise after his 8 shine ya eye housemates list didn’t contain his love interest, Maria Chike neither did it contain his former best buddy, Saga.

When asked to list out his top eight shine ya eye colleagues, Pere had mentioned Cross, Whitemoney, Liquo Na Rose, Saskay, Emma, Angel, Queen and Tega, omitting Saga and Maria Chike especially.

This ofcourse triggered reactions from fans who were a bit upset Maria didn’t make it to the list.

Reacting to his list, a fan on Twitter had scolded Pere, asking Maria not to mind him.

The fan further expressed his love for the former air hostess, stating that she is his number one on the list.

He tweeted;

In response to his post, Pere quickly added that Maria is his invisible number one favourite co-housemate.

In his words;

“She’s my invisible number 1.”
