Actor Saidi Balogun was absent at his ex-wife Faithia Williams’s birthday party on Sunday.
The event dubbed FaothiaUnusual held in Victoria Island, Lagos was a colorful one as several celebrities showed up rocking their lavish asoebi.
Saidi was however absent at the event.
The ex-couple also refused to publicly celebrate each other on their birthday on February 5.
Saidi and Faithia got married in September 2000 in Lagos. Their marriage produced two children, Khalid and Aliyah Balogun.
The duo separated for a few years before getting officially divorced on January 17, 2014.
Faithia Williams, formerly known as Faithia Balogun, reverted to her maiden name, ‘Williams,’ three years after the divorce was finalised.
Despite the divorce, they are occasionally seen together at public events.
Saidi made a show of spraying his ex-wife money at Mercy Aigbe’s 40th birthday party in January 2018.
Faithia also featured him in her movie Ajioja prompting many to speculate that the duo may come back together as a couple.
Bith stars have ruled out the possibility of that happening but insist they’ll always be friends and co-parents to their children
