The expected fanfare at Aboh, Mbaise, Imo State was not disappointing as Nollywood actress, Rita Dominic tied the knot with the publisher of DailyTimes, Fidelis Anosike.
But then, just like an object dropped in a settled bowl of water, this elaborate wedding did not fail to generate different waves.
Nigerian social media users cannot but notice the absence of some colleagues, notably Genevieve Nnaji, Omotola Jalade, Funke Akindele and others at the wedding.
However, veteran actress Uche Jombo, who stormed the event alongside the likes of Ini Edo, Joke Silva, among others, have taken to social media to weigh in on the issue.
Uche took to her Twitter page, saying she needs many to understand that Nollywood stars have personal relationships off social media as they have each other numbers.
She wrote:
“I truly wish people realize that in Nollywood peeps have personal relationships with others outside of social media. We have each other numbers. At least the ones you think are friends.”
