Nollywood actress Ufuoma McDermott is urging all women to check on their men today and be supportive of him as well.
For McDermott, men also go through a lot in life and need to be encouraged and supported. Ufuoma made her followers on Instagram understand that boys also cry and it is good to extend kindness to everyone around irrespective of the gender.
The mother-of-two shared a photo of her husband and son and captioned it:
