The staff of Africa’s biggest music award, The Headies, have visited Portable in his hood, after the Controversial singer apologised for issuing threats to co-nominees.
Recall that Portable issued the threat based on his singular belief that his nominated song ‘Zazzu Zeh’ is far superior in popularity to other nominated songs.
The Headies reacted to the threat by issuing a public release where they slammed the Zazuu Crooner and demanded that he apologized to the Academy and fellow nominees or risk being disqualified for the awards.
In the early hours of Saturday 28th May 2022, Portable took to his Instagram page to post a backhanded apology to the Headies..
However, in a recent post via his Instagram page, the 28-year-old singer shared a video that captured moment he was interacting with the Headies award’s staff.
According to him, the issue has been settled and he urged his supporters to go all out to vote for him.
He wrote;
“Street Ti Take Over 00 Officially all has been settled, @the_headies came around and we have settled all make una zeh nation family wait for voting link immediately it’s out you guys should show love and vote me”
