Nigerians got emotional on Friday after Veteran actress Joke Silva posted a video of a former director-general, National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) late Prof. Dora Akunyili speaking about bad goverannce.
Following the Owo attack and other crisis that have thrown the nation into mourning, Joke Silva took to her Instagram page to share the video.
“Enough said. Thank you @taradurotoye for the picture and video,” she captioned the video.

Colleagues and Fans took to the comment section of the video to acknowledge the Dora’s impact as they paid tributes.

The late Dora Akunyili was the one who as Minister of Information tried to sell the mantra, “Good people, great nation!” to the world.
She tried hard to change the narrative about Nigeria and her citizens, especially in the international community. Unfortunately, that moniker she tried to sell, did not stick.
