Why I haven’t been to my parents house since 2017 – Singer Crayon

Fast rising Nigerian singer, Charles Chibueze Chukwu popularly known as Crayon has revealed why he hasn’t been to his parents house in the last 5 years.

According to Crayon who is signed to Baby Fresh’s Blowtime Entertainment, an imprint of Mavin Records, although he lives about 90 minutes drive away from his family, he has refused to go see them. He explained:

“Left my parents house back in 2017. And also since then,  I haven’t gone back. It is not something that I am proud of especially because it’s just an hour 30 minutes drive to my parent’s house. But as a dream chaser wey I be, I gats make sacrifices. It is not easy on my though. I miss em so much.”

Recall that Don Jazzy cited Crayon as a reference point while he dropped his two cents for up-and-coming artistes whose careers are yet to ‘blow.’

Sharing a video with 21-year old Crayon performing, Don Jazzy noted that the singer is currently having the time of his life and his bank account is equally “loaded as f*ck.”
