Let’s Swallow Our Pride, Tell Nigerian Musicians To Show Us The Road —Wendy Shay To Ghanaian Artistes

Wendy Shay

Stunning Ghanaian music sensation, Wendy Shay, has advised her colleagues to swallow their pride and accept that Nigerian musicians are excellent at what they do.

The songstress noted Ghanaians need to give Nigerian artistes accolades for putting Africa in the spotlight through Afrobeats. Wendy held Ghanaians need to wake up to the reality that Nigerian musicians are many miles ahead of them.

Instead of exhibiting pride, Wendy said Ghanaians should bow to respect Nigerians and ask them to put them through how they succeeded in taking African music globally.

“Give Nigerian artistes their flowers for bringing the world’s attention to Africa through Afrobeats and you people vex?” the Survivor crooner wrote on Twitter

She added, “I will say it again let’s swallow our pride, go to them and ask them how they did it, they might show us the road.
