Stop the beef against Nigerian Artistes and repent – Rudeboy tells Shatta Wale in new video

Afrobeats Legend, Paul Okoye aka Rudeboy has dished out brotherly advice to Ghana’s Dancehall superstar Shatta Wale after they linked up at Blogger, Tunde Ednut’s house in Atlanta, USA.

Recall, in October 2021, Shatta dissed Nigerian artistes whom he said failed to reciprocate the support they got from Ghana.

The dancehall singer had, during his sold-out concert, said he didn’t need Nigerians to hit big in the music industry.

His rants triggered a wave of condemnatory remarks from Nigerian music heavyweights like Burnaboy, Olamide who dismissed his claims as a hate campaign.

However, in a new video making the rounds on social media, Rudeboy who happens to be a member of the serial hit-making music duo PSquare with several local and international awards to their names, told Wale to avoid beefing and focus on his music.

The ‘Reason with me” hitmaker generalised his admonition to all musicians across Africa but there’s no gainsaying that his colleague from Ghana was the main target of the message.

Rudeboy also described Shatta Wale as the most stubborn artiste from Ghana and asked him to repent eventually before the camera rolled out.
