Iyanya Postpones London Show To Mourn Davido’s Son, Ifeanyi’s Death

‘Call’ crooner Iyanya has postponed his planned London concert to grieve the death of Ifeanyi Adeleke, the son of Afrobeats superstar Davido.

On Monday, it was reported that three-year-old Ifeanyi drowned in the swimming pool at his parents’ home in Lagos, Nigeria.

This devastating news has temporarily halted significant operations in the country’s music industry, and Davido’s colleagues have stepped forward to soothe and support him in many capacities.

Iyanya, Davido’s colleague and friend, has declared that his London gig, which had been scheduled for November 6, 2022, will not take place owing to the heartbreaking loss of Ifeanyi.

The ‘Kukere’ master, on the other hand, revealed November 22 as the new date for the event.

“I can’t wait to party with you and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but It doesn’t feel right to celebrate while so many of my close friends are in pain.
