“Any man who truly loves you will borrow money to marry you without stories” – Christabel Egbenya (Video)

Christabel Egbenya, a Nollywood actress, has advised single women on how to tell if their man is serious about marrying them.

On her YouTube channel, the newly married mother of one stated that when a man falls in love with a lady and plans to marry her, he will take out loans to achieve his dreams.

According to the actress;

One of my fans asked how I know my boyfriend is serious and would want to marry me, because he has been telling me stories for years,” she explained. The year is coming to an end, and he had promised to visit my people in December. Now he’s saying that something happened, this and that…and I saw him spend a lot of money.

When a man wants to marry you, he will not put you off. Men know what they want, and when they see it, they act on it. I am speaking the truth to you. A man who is madly in love with you and desperately wants to marry you will not waste time. He’ll even borrow money if necessary.

He may or may not tell you. If he’s telling you stories, or you suspect he’s telling you stories, he may still be interested in learning more about you. Maybe he doesn’t like some of your attitudes or personality. So, if he truly wants to marry you, money should not be an issue. These guys are only interested in wasting your time.

WITHIN NIGERIA recalls that the actress had earlier warned people not to tell her if her husband has a mistress.

The mother of one explained her reasons in a recent video shared on YouTube, where she also said she was keeping her marriage off social media.

According to Christabel:

“Any friend that calls to tell me she saw my man with his side chic in a hotel wants to kill me. No! Don’t tell me, I don’t want to know. Even if you truly saw them, I don’t want to know. If I am the one that caught them together, I will not fight the girl in the public. The person I have issues with is my husband. I’ll go home and wait for him to come back, then we can sort it there. Because my husband already knows who I am. Why would I chase the girl or my husband, when I know we live in same house?”

She added:

“I love my life so much, if anything happens who would I leave my kids for? I can not play with my life just because of a man, it is not possible. If anything happens to you, the man would only mourn you for a while and then move on to the next woman.

“Women should learn to love themselves and be happy with themselves first. I will not trade myself because of a man. I love myself so much, after me, my child comes before my husband and not the other way round.”
