“Rap is not dead” – Rappers Dandizzy and Kabex spit bars in diss video following Wizkid’s assertion

Fast-rising Nigerian Rappers, Dandizzy and Kabex have put out a diss video following Afrobeat sensation, Wizkid’s controversial statement on rap music.

The Starboy Crooner stirred up new controversy in the music industry as he declared that he has stopped listening to rap music because the genre is boring and dead..

Wizkid while speaking during an interview with 10 Magazine on Wednesday morning, said Afrobeats music is the new pop and bragged about how he sold 2 million copies in America of one of his songs.

Reacting, Dandizzy, who is known for his freestyle skills, took to his official Instagram page, to team up with indigenous rapper, Kabex, in a diss video and strategically tackle Wizkid’s assertion with their artistic strides.

In the clip, the duo came through in a manner that saw them blame their fellow rappers for the disrespect trailing rap music.

They accused and taunt their fellow rappers for begging Singers for a ‘hook’ in their songs, and advised them to stay true to rap alone.

Captioning his Instagram post, Dandizzy wrote;

“Rap is not dead”
