Asake reacts after being booed by audience for turning up late for concert in Birmingham

Budding music star, Ahmed Olalade Asake has broken his silence following a not-so-sweet incident that occurred at his concert in Birmingham lately.

The YBNL signee who has been on a series of world tours following the release of his debut album, ‘Mr Money With The VIbes’, stormed Birmingham, England for a show but things didn’t go as planned.

The singer arrived late for the concert and was subsequently booed by concertgoers who were furious for waiting too long.

His performance was no longer appreciated by fans as they tagged it as boring.

In the face of this, Asake took to his Twitter handle where he penned a note of apology to fans. He explained that promoters caused the delay and concluded by expressing gratitude for the audience’s patience and understanding.

He wrote:

“Birmingham I’m sorry for the delay yesterday. The promoters delayed my pick-up time for reasons best known to them, But I’m super grateful for your patience and understanding.”

Asake later gave $100 each to some fans while performing.
