I got engaged four days after I met Hubby, We’ve been married 8 years – Actress Chita Agwu roots for DJ Cuppy

Nollywood actress, Chita Agwu has revealed that she got engaged to her husband four days after they met.

She made this known while reacting to DJ Cuppy’s tweet where she formally announced her engagement and said that she and her fiancé met 25 days ago. Cuppy had tweeted:

I can officially announce that I’m engaged! Only 25 days ago during @Gumball3000 driving rally, I met the love of my life.

Sometimes you fall for the MOST unexpected person at the MOST unexpected time and for the MOST unexpected reason. I love you deep @RyanTaylor.”

Social media users expressed shock at her decision to agree to marry someone she barely knows, while some accused her of faking a true love story.

However, Chita thought otherwise. While rooting for Cuppy and Ryan, the thespian revealed that it is possible for such to happen because she is a living testimony of falling in love with someone at first sight and getting engaged in only 4 days.

She wrote:

“Is possible shaaa cos I met my husband in 4days and we got engaged.”

Chita Agwu got married to her Malaysia based lover, Johnson Maduabuchi on October 25th, 2014 at Umuobuna Uburu Ohaozara Local Government area of Ebonyi state.
