It is a double celebration for Nigerian record producer cum singer, Philip Kayode Moses better known as Pheelz as he just joined the league of house owners this year.
The 28-years-old artiste just announced that he acquired a palatial home and brand new car.
Taking to Instagram to share the good news, Pheelz shared photos of himself in his house, with his car. 
He wrote:
“New Crib, New Whip, No 1 Ep. This Pheelz Good.
I HONESTLY DIDN’T WANNA POST THIS YET, CAUSE WE’RE IN FUNNY TIMES RIGHT NOW, BUT I NO FIT COVER GOD’S BLESSINGS.”
Congratulatory messages are already pouring in for him.
The likes of Adekunle Gold, Tobi Bakre, OAP Dotun, Dorcas Fapson and more took to his comment section to congratulate him.
Pheelz, has joined the likes of Chike and Frodd, who have gifted themselves a new house and car this year.

The reality star, who turned a new age on Sunday, January 1st added a new Maybach to his fleets of cars. Frodd also acquired a new house worth millions.
To celebrate his double blessings, Frodd threw a two-in-one party to celebrate his latest achievements.His housewarming party which was held late in the night of January 2nd was attended by other BBNaija alums, friends and loved ones.
This is coming after Frodd engaged his longtime girlfriend, Chioma on the 16th of December.
