Deyemi Okanlawon, Didi Ekanem others react as Supreme Court extends validity of old Naira notes

Nollywood acts Didi Ekanem, Deyemi Okanlawon and others have reacted to Supreme Court’s ruling about old Naira notes being valid till December 31.

Recall the Supreme Court ruled that the old N200, N500, N1,000 notes remain valid and be in circulation till December 31, 2023.

In a ruling delivered today, Friday, March 3, the apex court also nullified the Federal Government’s Naira redesign policy, declaring it as an affront to the 1999 Constitution.

The apex court further held that President Buhari in his broadcast, admitted that the policy is flawed with a lot of challenges.
