Ifeoma Ivy, the model, and girlfriend of Nigerian singer Paul Okoye, has reacted angrily to people who have sent her congratulations on their alleged engagement.
WITHIN NIGERIA reports that Ifeoma wore a ring in a post on her Instagram page, giving the impression that she is engaged to the singer.
Ifeoma responded to netizens’ compliments by denying engagement rumors, saying she prefers to wear rings on non-special occasions, such as sitting at home.
The fashion model went on to warn people not to send her congratulations.
She wrote:
Y’all don’t get that I just like to wear rings, and on different fingers, and not just for special occasions. It could even be to sit at home. So stop all these congratulatory messages, abeg abeg.

Meanwhile, Paul Okoye of the Psquare music group has broken his silence in the aftermath of the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate Bola Tinubu’s victory in the 2023 presidential election.
Despite online criticism, Paul and his brother Peter were two major celebrities who publicly supported Labour Party (LP) flagbearer Peter Obi.
Paul took to Instagram to share a photo of Peter Obi, whom he described as “the only man changing the narrative in the country.”
The singer also expressed hope for the possibility of a new Nigeria.
