Davido renews contracts with Sony Music, RCA Records

Multiple award-winning Afrobeats sensation, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has renewed his contracts with Sony Music, Columbia UK and RC Records.

Davido said working with the record labels has impacted his career positively and that the collaboration has brought immense growth to him.

The ‘unavailable’ crooner announced the contract renewals in a statement on Saturday.

The superstar whose new album, Timeless, is topping charts in different countries on various music platforms added that the renewals with the labels prove that he has worked hard and also justified his rating as Africa’s biggest Afrobeat artiste.

In the statement he released on his verified social handles, Davido expressed his satisfaction with the outcome of his deals with the foreign labels, adding that he would continue to put Afrobeat on the global map.

“I am grateful to officially announce that I have extended my partnership with Sony Music, Columbia UK and RC Records, so we can keep bringing you more Timeless moments.
