Veteran actress, Rita Edochie has thrown her fans into a state of controversy after posing a rather pertinent question to her fans in a seeming subtle shade to Judy Austin.
Rita Edochie questioned what it is termed in Igbo culture when a man marries a lady but none of his brothers, kinsmen, or village relations follow him to take his wife.
The actress posed the question on her Instagram page, causing various responses to erupt. Many assume the shade is for Yul Edochie and Judy Austin.
There were claims, even prior Yul Edochie’s second marriage announcement that none of Edochie’s relatives are in favor of the union and did not follow the actor to Judy’s home town to pay her bride price.
“When a man marries you, and non of his kins’ men, siblings, or any village relative followed to take you. What is it called in Igbo land?”.
