Nigerian film actor, Benson Okonkwo has given updates to worried fans of his colleague, Yul Edochie’s first wife.
Benson Okonkwo revealed on his Instagram page that he called to check up on May Yul-Edochie as she continues to grieve, away from the prying eyes of social media.
Recall May and Yul lost their first son, Kambilichukwu some months ago.
Disclosing how their phone conversation went, Benson Okonkwo shared photos of the mourning mother, and stated that she is fine and getting better.
Although May didn’t disclose when she’ll be back on social media, Okonkwo claimed she will soon return.
The actor added that the now mother of three was emotional about the prayers and goodwill messages she is getting from her fans, stating she is appreciative of their kind gesture. Benson Okonkwo wrote:
“Queen May nations Remember I promised to be checking on our Queen so I just called her now and she picked the call, and I asked her again if she’s fine she said she was OK and I told her when she’s coming back on the gram that she has been missed she said soon ….that she’s getting better and will be with us soon told her about your daily payers, and she was so touched and appreciates and said God will bless you all.”
Yul Edochie, son of veteran actor, Pete Edochie has however returned to social media and continued with his life. He and his second wife, Judy Austin continue to drop content on his official Facebook account to entertain their fans.
