Following the tragic and contentious demise of Nigerian singer Mohbad, the music industry finds itself engulfed in a whirlwind of disclosures, allegations, and discussions.

One of the individuals who has chosen to come forward is DJ Tuzo, who has recently made startling assertions concerning a confrontation involving Sam Larry, an associate of Naira Marley, and Zinoleesky, a renowned Marlian Artiste.

The initial disclosure came to light through a Twitter user known as “deepagon of Lagos.”

This individual drew public attention to the incident by posting a video in which Sam Larry and Zinoleesky were purportedly involved in an altercation and harassment of a DJ for playing Seyi Vibez’s music while Zinoleesky was in attendance.

The twitter user wrote;

“This same guys attacked and b llied this DJ for playing SeyiVibez’s music while Zino was present. This guys don dey this lane he don tey”

DJ Tuzo subsequently validated the authenticity of this account, providing a comprehensive narrative. In DJ Tuzo’s version, he was indeed the DJ involved, and the altercation transpired due to his decision to play Seyi Vibez’s tracks while Zinoleesky was in the club.

DJ Tuzo attributes his survival to the prompt actions of his security team, management, and other individuals who intervened to quell the escalating confrontation.

According to DJ Tuzo, this incident unfolded during the early hours of August 27th, 2023. His management was already engaged in discussions with one of Sam Larry’s associates, which is why he refrained from publicly addressing the issue on social media prior to Mohbad’s unfortunate passing.

He wrote:

“I was the DJ Sam Larry , threatened to Shoot me and Bury dispose my body in a shallow grave, if not for the intervention of my Security men,management & others.All cos I played SEYI VIBEZ songs…Zino was there, he ordered the assault

“Why are you just speaking up”

“Why didn’t you speak up since”

“Wisdom is profitable to direct ,you don’t make wars with people without first exploring peaceful means.

“This issue happened in the early hours of august 27th, and my management was in talks with one of Sam Larry boy”
