“Nigeria will never be better” -Ayo Makun laments over the poor state of the nation

Renowned Nigerian comedian Ayo Makun has expressed his concerns over the seemingly unending struggle that Nigeria has been facing since his existence.

Ayo Makun, shared his lamentations about the poor state of the nation, and the challenges plaguing the nation since his existence.

AY claimed in a post on his Instagram page that while he was growing up, people told him that Nigeria will get better, but as he gets closer to fifty, nothing seems to be changing.

He observed that things seem to change less and less, leaving him to wonder what type of Groundhog Day existence we live in our country.

AY inquired further as to how many people’s incomes are sufficient to meet their essential needs.

“Nigeria go better us what one grew up hearing. I’m still hearing it in my fifties. What kind of Groundhog Day existence do we live in in this country though? The more things seem to change, they remain the same.

How many of us do have wages more than sufficient enough to cover the bare cost of living in Nigeria?”.
