- Sola Kosoko has revealed to her fans that it was not in her plan to end up with her husband at all.
- Speaking on her marriage, Kosoko said although she met her husband when she was 20years old, religion was the reason she didn’t see them together.
- She added that her husband however didn’t give up on them although they courted for so long.
Nigerian film actress, Sola Kosoko-Abina has given fans a glimpse into her married life.
The movie star, in an interview with colleague, Biola Bayo revealed that she met her husband when she was 20 years old and by that time, he had finished his Tertiary education.
According to her, she never had it in mind to marry her husband because of their religion. The actress who is daughter to veteran actor, Prince Jide Kosoko revealed she is a Christian and her husband is a Muslim. She added that being able to stand the test of time made them end up together. Sola Kosoko said:
“I actually met my husband when I was very young, I was 20 when I met him. He was already a graduate, I think he was writing his final exams in Higher Institution and he spoke to me.
My husband was able to stand the test of time. I didn’t have the mind to marry him because he is a Muslim and I am a Christian. We courted for a long time before we got married”.

In other news, the estranged wife of Davido’s Logistics Manager, Sheila, has denied her ex-husband’s claim that she taunted him by calling him a “slave” for serving his boss.
Earlier, Israel Afeare, popularly known as Israel DMW, had in an Instagram post explained why his marriage to Sheila hit the rocks.
He alleged she taunted him saying “I derive dignity in begging my oga [Davido], and that I am fully a slave and that am disgracing her on social media.”
However, in a swift reaction via her Instagram story, Sheila denied the allegations, saying she never had problems with Israel serving his boss but simply advised him to start a business or a legacy for himself.
