Renowned Nollywood actress, Angela Okorie, has finally opened up about the rift with her former close ally turned foe, Zubby Michael, alleging the profound hurt he inflicted upon her that prompted her to publicly assail him.

In recent days, Angela Okorie has been unrelenting in her attacks on Zubby Michael, accusing him of everything, dragging him, from money rituals to the delayed tribute to their late colleague Junior Pope, and even condemning his outfit to Pope’s funeral. 

In a live video chat, Angela Okorie faced intense questioning about the exact actions of Zubby Michael that triggered her explosive rage. She was pressed to reveal the details of what he did that drove her to publicly unleash a storm of fury and curse him out on social media.

In response, Angela Okorie disclosed that Zubby Michael had repeatedly disrespected her. She cited instances of Zubby allegedly mocking her in the comments section of her social media posts.

However, the incident that cut the deepest was when Zubby allegedly humiliated her in front of their colleagues at his birthday party. Angela described the scene in vivid detail, recalling how he mocked her publicly, leaving her mortified.

According to her,  Zubby did apologize, but she told him it was too little, too late. Angela said she made it clear to Zubby that his apology can’t erase the sting of that public embarrassment. She recounted her promise to call him out and drag him through the mud, just as he had done to her.

She further accused Zubby of surreptitiously snatching roles that were intended for her, while simultaneously badmouthing her to their colleagues behind her back.
