Adedeji Adeleke, the tycoon father of David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, was spotted alongside Afrobeats sensation’s uncle, Ademola Adeleke, the Governor of Osun State, as they prepared for the grand wedding festivities.
The Adeleke patriarchs, in short video shared on Instagram story by Davido’s cousin, B-red, radiated joy, dressed impeccably in crisp white native attire adorned with vibrant red agbada and matching caps. They exuded pride as they posed for the cameras, eagerly witnessing their cherished son officially unite with Chioma in a dazzling display of familial celebration.

Reports indicate that Davido and Chioma’s traditional wedding extravaganza is set to unfold today at the prestigious Harbour Point Centre in Lagos, marking Tuesday, June 25, 2024, as a day destined for opulence and cultural richness.
Sources close to the couple have confirmed that celebrities within and outside the shores of the country are expected to grace the high profile wedding, whose attendance is strictly by invitation.
At the weekend, the Afrobeat singer set social media agog, after he shared pre-wedding photos with Chioma on his Instagram page, ahead of their wedding, today, with the hashtag #CHIVIDO2024. He didn’t stop at that, the ‘Aye’ crooner also surprised Chioma with a bridal shower party on Sunday night.
In one of the clips of the videos that surfaced online, the chef was captured narrating how her fiancé planned the party without her knowledge.
She explained that Davido lured her out of the house by telling her that they were going for a dinner date but it turned out to be her bridal shower.
